What the role involves

• Leading, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI).
• Driving production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans.
• Monitoring workflow using the internal management system (Visions).
• Maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Supporting internal and external hygiene audits.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

Confirmed role details

• Exciting Trainee Line Leader Opportunities – Join an Award-Winning Contract Packing Team in Featherstone.
• Rotating weekly – 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm.
• Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required.
