Collaborate with the risk management team to incorporate data-driven risk models into the controls process. Work closely with project teams to understand requirements, explore desired outcomes and deliver tailored analytics solutions. Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide insights into project health across all PMO functions at project and programme level.
