Senior Project Engineer
Senior Project Engineer focuses on leading design engineering for water network projects in line with project delivery procedures.

- Leading design engineering for Water Network Projects in line with project delivery procedures.
- Take a lead role in planning and delivering design activities.
- Provide technical assurance during the delivery, commissioning, and handover of assets.
- Overseeing work delivered by external consultants.
Skills and requirements
- Degree‑level education (or equivalent) in Civil or Mechanical engineering discipline, plus professional chartership.
- Strong experience in water network design and technical assurance.
- Experience managing project teams and taking accountability for delivery.
Confirmed role details
- This is a hybrid role based in Maple Lodge, with 2–3 days a week Onsite within London and the Thames Valley36 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
- Annual Leave -26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays).
- Performance-related pay plan directly linked to company performance measures and targets.
- Pay: £55,000 to £68,000 per annum.

- Apply strong risk management skills — identifying, mitigating, and controlling risks, and adding value during outline design.
- Confidence using company IT systems and Office software.
