Senior Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on leading the delivery of multiple projects and sub-programmes within the wastewater capital portfolio.

What the role involves

• Leading the delivery of multiple projects and sub-programmes within the wastewater capital portfolio.
• Managing and supporting a Capital Delivery team, including four direct reports.
• Driving programme performance, ensuring projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
• Working closely with Strategic Delivery Partners to oversee contractor performance and delivery.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Managing financial forecasting, risk, and performance reporting across your programme.

Skills and requirements

• Hybrid role with regular travel to Falmer and project locations.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or utilities programmes, ideally within wastewater.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.

• Falmer/ Chatham (Hybrid working available)- 3 office/site remaining WFH- Driving licence essential.
