Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)
Job description
As a Project Manager, the work centres on at times you may also need to provide effective support to other Project Managers on larger projects. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.
Who the work supports
Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects. Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

What needs to be in place
- Excellent understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Professional Qualified – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree.
- Work experience within a similar consultancy or other client facing business.
