Senior Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on leading with a customer-first mindset, combining strong leadership with commercial acumen while holding full commercial and operational responsibility for multiple projects.

What the role involves

• Leading with a customer-first mindset, combining strong leadership with commercial acumen while holding full commercial and operational responsibility for multiple projects.
• Supporting the Sales team to deliver growth strategy and secure priority “must-win” contracts.
• Work closely with technical experts to ensure operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
• Lead a team of Project Managers as the business continues to expand.
• Partner with the Head of Projects and operational leaders to review and improve departmental objectives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure high standards of delivery and management excellence.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in a senior project management role within a technical or construction environment.
• LPCB Basic Qualification and FHC as a minimum requirement.
• Experience delivering large, multi-trade projects with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.
• Current SMSTS, CSCS, and other relevant industry certifications.
