What the role involves
- Leading with a customer-first mindset, combining strong leadership with commercial acumen while holding full commercial and operational responsibility for multiple projects.
- Supporting the Sales team to deliver growth strategy and secure priority “must-win” contracts.
- Work closely with technical experts to ensure operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
- Lead a team of Project Managers as the business continues to expand.
- Partner with the Head of Projects and operational leaders to review and improve departmental objectives.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure high standards of delivery and management excellence.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in a senior project management role within a technical or construction environment.
- LPCB Basic Qualification and FHC as a minimum requirement.
- Experience delivering large, multi-trade projects with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.
- Current SMSTS, CSCS, and other relevant industry certifications.
