What you would be doing

Leading Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery. Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Surveyors, Graduates and Apprentices. Delivery of cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.

What you need

• Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institution.
• Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender document tools shall be essential.
• Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors. Residential, Commercial, and Education sector experience would be advantageous.
