This Senior Property Adjusters role is focused on be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.
Where the work sits
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to expand its Property Division through the appointment of two additional adjusters in the Midlands. The positions are home-based and you will handle domestic and commercial losses up to [[SALARY_0]] in value.
How the role works day to day
Be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team. Your caseload will be no more than 60-70 losses thus enabling you to handle your portfolio in a thoroughly professional manner in a relatively pressure-free environment.

What needs to be in place
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a general property adjusting role, either domestic or commercial, but you should be happy handling a mixed caseload.
- Experience is more important than formal qualifications, but progress with CII/CILA would be preferred and will be rewarded accordingly through salary.
- You can live anywhere within the Midlands as the positions are home-based, but you must be prepared to travel accordingly.
