The Senior Property Manager position centres on ensuring that the diary is kept up-to-date to monitor outstanding matters. It would suit someone who can bring carry out safe plumbing and gas-related work with reliable task-by-task hands-on completion of the work to the role.

Ensuring that the diary is kept up-to-date to monitor outstanding matters. Overseeing department to ensure professional and courteous service is received by Landlords and Tenants and identifying opportunities to enhance service levels. Responding immediately to any lack of security or essential services, or any danger to tenants or the public associated with landlords’ property.
