What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and developing the procurement function to support growth ambitions.
Building strong, strategic supplier partnerships – particularly across China (with India also highly relevant).
Sourcing and purchasing specialist and exotic materials
Using your engineering expertise to read and interpret technical drawings
Expediting supply chain activity to meet demanding operational and commercial objectives.
Delivering measurable cost savings, resilience, and strategic value for the business.
What We’re Looking For
A mechanical engineering background with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
Extensive experience in global procurement – China essential, India highly valuable.
A proven negotiator and relationship builder with strong commercial acumen.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic
Mandarin language skills would be a strong advantage.
Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
