What the role involves

• Develop production quality assurance processes aligned to ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
• Driving root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) Or equivalent experience gained on the job.
• Significant, hands‑on experience in a batch manufacturing quality role , ideally within electro‑mechanical production.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Proven capability in problem‑solving, statistical analysis.

Confirmed role details

• Fortress Interlocks, Wolverhampton (WV4 6FB).
• 5 days per week on‑site.
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
• Pension with employer contribution up to 10.5%.
