Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor focuses on delivery and accountability for internal and external project commercial targets.

What the role involves

• Delivery and accountability for internal and external project commercial targets.
• Ensure the accuracy of data communicated and reported to all stakeholders.
• The highlighting of any current and potential issues to the commercial manager.
• Maintaining compliance with approved processes procedures and project executive plans.
• The active contribution to continuous improvement of the functional quality and performance of Quantity Surveying.
• To work in compliance with the Collaborative Management Plan.

Skills and requirements

• Supervisory/management experience within a project commercial team.
• Knowledge and/or experience of the management of Subcontracts.
• BSc in related subject or equivalent experience.
• Experience of a Contract Management System (CEMAR etc).
