Senior Quantity Surveyor focuses on carry out cost and value reconciliation (cvr), identifying risks and opportunities.

What the role involves

  • Carry out cost and value reconciliation (CVR), identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing and submit monthly valuations, ensuring full entitlement is captured.
  • Managing change control processes, including variations and Additional Instructions (AIs).
  • Liaise with client-side Quantity Surveyors to agree valuations and contract changes.
  • Leading subcontractor procurement, including tendering and package preparation.
  • Process subcontractor accounts and payment certificates.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

  • Hybrid – flexible to consider most locations nationwide.
  • Full Time, 6 month contract.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (or equivalent).
  • Due to the creation of a new business unit at Ground Control, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract.
