Senior Quantity Surveyor focuses on carry out cost and value reconciliation (cvr), identifying risks and opportunities.
What the role involves
- Carry out cost and value reconciliation (CVR), identifying risks and opportunities.
- Preparing and submit monthly valuations, ensuring full entitlement is captured.
- Managing change control processes, including variations and Additional Instructions (AIs).
- Liaise with client-side Quantity Surveyors to agree valuations and contract changes.
- Leading subcontractor procurement, including tendering and package preparation.
- Process subcontractor accounts and payment certificates.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Hybrid – flexible to consider most locations nationwide.
- Full Time, 6 month contract.
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (or equivalent).
- Due to the creation of a new business unit at Ground Control, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract.
