• My client has an impressive global portfolio across residential and commercial schemes, this particular opening is for an established SQS/QS to support on a couple of major Residen.
• Managing all the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account settlement.
• Procure and to manage subcontractor and supplier packages, including negotiation, letting, and agreement of final accounts.

• Global Property Developer - Senior Quantity Surveyor - Basic £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus - Manchester.
• To take full commercial ownership of projects from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring financial performance is maximized while maintaining strong client and supply cha.
• To Prepare, submit and negotiate interim valuations and applications for payment in accordance with contract terms.
