Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor focuses on managing all aspects of commercial and cost management for a project or group of projects, as designated by the project commercial manager.

What the role involves

• Managing all aspects of commercial and cost management for a project or group of projects, as designated by the Project Commercial Manager.
• Ensure robust cost management processes are in place, with accurate and timely reports, data, and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Ensure all project team members (including site staff) understand contractual arrangements to satisfy Client and Partner organisation requirements.
• Monitoring efficiency plans throughout the project lifecycle 🔄.
• Work collaboratively with the Delivery Team to identify, implement.
• Ensure proper records (including final accounts) are maintained so financial information is readily available for audits and cost assurance.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
