What the role involves
- Maintain a strong health & safety culture across projects.
- Preparing and negotiate subcontract documentation, including terms, pricing, and programmes.
- Managing subcontract packages, including interim valuations and change management.
- Issue contractual notices to clients and subcontractors in line with contract requirements.
- Managing and assess change events, including compensation event quotations.
- Produce, submit, and agree monthly applications in accordance with contract terms.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
