  • Maintain a strong health & safety culture across projects.
  • Preparing and negotiate subcontract documentation, including terms, pricing, and programmes.
  • Managing subcontract packages, including interim valuations and change management.
  • Issue contractual notices to clients and subcontractors in line with contract requirements.
  • Managing and assess change events, including compensation event quotations.
  • Produce, submit, and agree monthly applications in accordance with contract terms.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
