Senior Rail Systems Engineer

Senior Rail Systems Engineer focuses on delivering : developing system engineering plans and processes and undertake the development of system definitions, technical requirements and system architectures.

What the role involves

• Delivering : Developing System Engineering plans and processes and undertake the Development of system definitions, technical requirements and system architectures.
• Overseeing : Management of technical requirements using appropriate techniques and tools (i.e. DOORS, ComplyPro). Development and delivery of systems engineering processes to support.
• Serve as the senior technical resource for the team.
• Provide Expertise: Evaluate the interrelationship of system requirements and aspects of system design and development requirements. Develop scope of works and work packages with cl.
• Ensure Quality: Provides specialized technical input to studies.
• Design for staff's specific area of expertise. Develop study.

Skills and requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience of railway systems safety and assurance experience inc. system safety and interoperability.
• Design and engineering to program and construction management.
