Senior Real Estate Project Manager focuses on act as arup’s project delivery lead for workplace projects across the uk and europe, with accountability for programme performance, quality, cost and risk.

What the role involves

• Act as Arup’s Project Delivery Lead for workplace projects across the UK and Europe, with accountability for programme performance, quality, cost and risk.
• Provide strategic oversight and governance of refurbishment, fit out and relocation projects delivered by external, locally appointed project managers.
• Manage project briefs, budgets and financial controls, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, Arup governance requirements and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, WFM, Digital Technology, AV, HSEQ and local office teams) to ensure consistent standards, best practice and smooth integration.
• Overseeing project documentation, programmes and reporting in line with RIBA stages and Arup Office Design Guidance.
• Managing procurement and tendering processes, including contract oversight and defect liability periods.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
