• Guide and empower service users to engage with community services, while also offering day‑to‑day leadership to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, ensuring cons.
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Area Manager to monitor performance, contribute to audits and quality reviews.
• Drive ongoing service development.

• Acting as shift lead when required, you will make informed, real‑time decisions to maintain safe and effective service delivery.
