The Senior Recruitment Consultant position in Renewable Energy centres on be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients and support existing business. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, discretion, and organised people-process support to the role.

- Experienced renewable energy or built‑environment recruiters.
- Ability to work autonomously with good sense of self‑direction.
Practical information
- Strong leadership and role models – a high‑performing team billing over £20m with less than 30 recruiters.
- 100% remote with a few days a month in the office when needed; agreement based on experience and preference.
- Sales incentive trips/holidays (e.g., Croatia, skiing) – 2 a year.
- £35,000–£50,000 (basic) with a high‑reward commission scheme.
