We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, specializing in placing interim professionals across all types of transformation initiatives:.
Main responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific transformation needs across developmental, transitional, and transformational change programmes. Maintaining an active network of transformation professionals including: Change Management Specialists. Develop expertise in various change management frameworks and methodologies, including: ITIL for IT service management.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in contract recruitment, preferably within Business Change and Transformation.
- Strong understanding of the contract market, IR35 legislation, and contractor engagement models.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting if desired.
