The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance & Accounting, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commerce and industry sectors
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Source, screen and place high-caliber Finance & Accounting professionals, primarily focusing on transactional and part-qualified roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement
  • Contribute to our growth strategy across the Midlands region

  • Proven recruitment experience, particularly in Finance & Accounting sectors
  • Strong understanding of the transactional finance and part-qualified professional market
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of client acquisition
