This Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician opportunity is built around supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. How the role works day to day
Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly. Work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.

What needs to be in place
- Served a full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
- Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
