As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, the work centres on supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.
Role overview
From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing the general maintenance of a site to repairing key distribution equipment, our team handles most aspects of Amazon’s techn. Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering or RME team keep our equipment performing at its best.
Main responsibilities
Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. Supporting in finding ways to continually improve systems and standardize processes across the EU network. Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely and monitor teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes.

Requirements
- A full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
- Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
