This Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician opportunity is built around supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.

What the role carries
Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly. Work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.

Carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion.
What the role depends on
- NVQ Level 3/ SVQ Level 3/ IVQ Level 3/ City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 all specialized in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
- Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
