Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician focuses on monitor teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes.
What the role involves
- Monitor teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes.
- Schedule additional servicing when required.
- Keeping track of equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
- Solve issues in equipment to reduce downtime for operations so they can process packages as quickly as possible.
- Supporting in finding ways to continually improve systems and standardise processes across the EU network.
Skills and requirements
- NVQ Level 3/ SVQ Level 3/ IVQ Level 3/ City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 all specialized in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or 4 years UK certified apprenticeship.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead.
- Experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
