The Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician position centres on supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
- In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly.
- Work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.
Technical requirements
- This must be a vocational qualification demonstrating assessed technical competence (e.g., City & Guilds, EAL, SVQ/IVQ, or BTEC at Level 3).
- Proven experience as a qualified engineer, with hands-on expertise in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
