Where the technical work sits

• Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
• In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly.
• Work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.

Technical requirements

• This must be a vocational qualification demonstrating assessed technical competence (e.g., City & Guilds, EAL, SVQ/IVQ, or BTEC at Level 3).
• Proven experience as a qualified engineer, with hands-on expertise in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Experience using computerised maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
