Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner focuses on as a support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines.

What the role involves

• As a support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines.
• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keeping essential records to ensure the best possible care.
• You must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Pay: £28,645.50 to £29,464.50 PLUS £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month giving an additional £8000+ over the year.
