Senior Residential Childcare Worker

The ideal candidate will: Already hold a Level 3 Children Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent). We’re looking for committed and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Workers to join our team and new home in Winnersh.

Job details

• Assisting in the overall daily running of the home and contributing to planning and coordinating activities during a shift as required.
• Supporting children in developing life skills and work towards independence goals, as identified in their Care Plans.
• Contributing to and participating in providing quality care and life experiences.
• Supporting children with washing, bathing, getting dressed, eating and drinking, and accessing activities.
