We are recruiting 4 highly ambitious and Qualified Senior Residential Youth Workers to join our clients successful and experienced staff team to work in a children’s residential ca. In this role you will be part of a team to support the children and young people throughout the day with basic tasks as supporting with meal preparation, social activities, family.

Practical details

• This role will be based on a 38-hour week and require sleep-in duties and the occasional weekend shift.
• Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.

What needs to be in place

• Candidates will ideally have 6 months within a similar setting and have gained a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or a qualification of similar or higher standing.
• Complete an enhanced DBS as part of the safer recruitment and compliance process and complete a paid five-day training programme.
