Senior Revenue Manager

Senior Revenue Manager focuses on leading and execute revenue strategy to maximise room revenue, profitability, and market share.

What the role involves

• Leading and execute revenue strategy to maximise room revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Managing pricing, inventory, segmentation, and distribution across all channels to optimise performance (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy).
• Monitoring demand, booking trends, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities in the market.
• Delivering accurate forecasting and performance analysis to inform commercial decision-making.
• Maintain rate integrity, system accuracy, and effective use of revenue management tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, Digital, Tech) to align strategy.

Skills and requirements

• Proven revenue management experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within a five-star or premium London market.
• Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and key hotel systems (e.g. RMS, PMS, CRS, Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, SynXis, SiteMinder).
