What the role involves

• Develop Revit models and technical drawings for building services projects.
• Coordinating MEP systems across multiple disciplines to resolve clashes and improve design efficiency.
• Supporting engineers and designers throughout all project stages, from concept through to construction.
• Manage Revit models in line with project and company standards.
• Assisting with model reviews, updates, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience using Revit within a building services.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
• Confident working within a multidisciplinary design team.
• High level of attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
