- Manage detailed Revit models and technical drawings for MEP systems.
- Develop layouts for HVAC, electrical services, pipework, plant areas, and containment systems.
- Collaborate with design engineers to convert technical concepts into coordinated construction-ready models.
- Carry out multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using BIM software.
- Maintaining BIM procedures, templates, and modelling standards across projects.
- Review models and drawings to ensure quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in a Revit Technician role within the Building Services or MEP sector.
- Experience contributing to projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, residential, industrial, or defence.
- Good technical understanding of building services engineering and construction processes.
- Familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows and collaborative project delivery.
