Senior Risk Engineer

Senior Risk Engineer focuses on support of insurance risk engineering globally with the aim of client acquisition and client retention.

What the role involves

• Support of insurance risk engineering globally with the aim of Client acquisition and Client retention.
• Leading a specific technical function within the NR risk engineering portfolio, e.g. downstream business.
• Execution of on-site property damage and business interruption insurance surveys in the OGP sectors as per LMA guidelines.
• Analysing third party technical risk information and asset valuation reports.
• Develop loss prevention articles that add value to OGP Clients and the Insurance markets.
• Maintaining professional credibility and consistently demonstrates technical expertise and sound judgment.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical.
• Process Safety Management/ Maintenance roles.On-site experience is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of upstream.
• Maintain relationships with Howden staff, Clients and Underwriters.
