What the role involves

• Pennine Route Upgrade (TRU), a major £10bn rail infrastructure programme improving connectivity, capacity and electrification across the North of England.
• Risk Manager will deliver high-quality risk management services across the project lifecycle, working closely with client teams and project stakeholders.
• Delivering risk management services in a consistent and professional manner exceeding client expectations.
• Implement effective risk management processes to reduce project uncertainty and risk exposure.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks aligned with industry best practice.
• Facilitate risk workshops and engage project teams in proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Skills and requirements

• Around 5+ years’ experience in risk management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience on major infrastructure programmes such as rail, transportation, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies aligned to ISO31000, APM or IRM standards.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
