What the role involves
- Property agency work including marketing reports, negotiations, sales progression and client management.
- Carrying out Red Book valuations across a range of rural and residential property types.
- Supporting clients with BPS, CSS and grant applications.
- Managing land held under FBTs, grazing licences and contract farming agreements.
- Assisting with planning applications and rural development matters.
- Supporting development projects including option and promotion agreements.
Skills and requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of farming and the agricultural sector.
- Previous experience within agency, valuation, development, or compulsory purchase work.
- All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
- Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
