The Senior Services Manager position centres on as our Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll lead our Torquay support team to deliver person centred housing related. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a “me day”). 2 paid volunteering days each year.
Where someone would start
As our Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll lead our Torquay support team to deliver person centred housing related. Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs. This is a service-based role where you work alongside customers and lead your team, with flexibility to work from home.

- Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers.
- Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.
Job details
- Salary £29,836 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan plus on call shift payment of £14.30 per session.
- Matching pension contribution (up to 7% and life insurance of 3x basic salary).
- Temporary (6 months), Full Time (37.5 hpw).
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
