Role overview

To assist with support and supervision of students and junior members of the team. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the individualised care of patients on their elective/inhouse surgical pathway.

To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing practice whilst co-ordinating and liaising with other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Proven post registration experience and evidence of coordinating and managing team of staff.
