Project Manager focuses on driving the project programme from early construction stages through to handover.

What the role involves

• Driving the project programme from early construction stages through to handover.
• Coordinating the structure, envelope, internal fit-out and external packages.
• Monitoring progress, identify potential issues early and implement solutions.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line withpany procedures and current regulations.
• Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and regular inspections.
• Ensure snagging, finishing and handover requirements are properly managed.

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
