Skills and requirements

• The work will be on sites across central and NW London so local to the area is required.
• Previous experience with Internal/External planned works. Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable.
• Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate is needed.

• Is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering some internal communal areas.
