As a Senior Site Manager in Sustainable Development, the work centres on reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful Senior Site Manager will manage the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

Main responsibilities

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful Senior Site Manager will manage the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Managing project handover and ensure defect / snag-free completion. Understand the client priorities and adopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain good working relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 etc) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects as part of a wider team.
  • The ability to read and accurately interpret programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
