  • Manage supplier relationships, and help control food costs and waste reduction strategies.
  • Inventory & Cost Management Monitor stock levels.
  • Resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions under pressure to maintain service excellence.
  • Collaboration with Head Chef Assist in menu planning, specials creation, and operational strategy, contributing to the overall culinary vision.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end culinary environment.
