- Manage supplier relationships, and help control food costs and waste reduction strategies.
- Inventory & Cost Management Monitor stock levels.
- Resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions under pressure to maintain service excellence.
- Collaboration with Head Chef Assist in menu planning, specials creation, and operational strategy, contributing to the overall culinary vision.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end culinary environment.
