• Leading end to end solution development for multiple high-stakes customer deployments.
• Design quality, and roadmaps for Agentic AI rollouts at enterprise scale.
• Manage technical strategy.
• Primary technical point of contact from integration design through to post-deployment optimisation.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into structured engineering plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Customise and extend platform components—APIs, tooling, and bespoke logic.

Skills and requirements

• 8–12+ years engineering experience.
• 3+ years in customer-facing or FDE roles.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML or data-intensive applications in production.
• Strong full-stack skills: Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, SQL, REST/GraphQL.
