Senior Supply Chain Manager focuses on leading the development and implementation of the supplier performance & relationship management (sprm) strategy.

What the role involves

• Leading the development and implementation of the Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (SPRM) strategy.
• Build robust performance-based partnerships with strategic and critical suppliers.
• Report on supplier performance, risk, and compliance using evaluation frameworks and dashboards.
• Driving continuous improvement in supply chain delivery across cost, quality, innovation, and social responsibility.
• Develop a capable and resilient supply chain.
• Supporting procurement colleagues with best practice tools and training in supplier relationships and risk management.

Skills and requirements

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant commercial, construction, or business field.

Confirmed role details

• Circa £93,000 + £4,750 Flex Allowance + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits.
• This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.
• A track record in capital projects supply chain management, including contract and risk management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, CEMAR, and web-based contract management systems.
