• Be providing high‑quality, person‑centred care within a friendly care centre environment and supporting the support workers on your shift as a manager.
• Ensuring health & safety, including acting as apetent Fire Marshal during your shift.
• Reliability andmitment to the full shift pattern.
• Area: Tipton (DY4)Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rota – 35 hours per week.
