Senior Support Worker

This Support Worker opportunity is built around as a Senior Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. It would suit someone who can bring create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping to the role.

Where someone would start

As a Senior Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. 24/7 support: Helpline and hardship grants via the Care. Different support services in place such as HR, IT, Clinical, learning and development.

What helps someone build confidence

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping. Supporting children or young people through routines, care, and shift-by-shift consistency in a residential setting. Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager - focused on achieving outcomes for others.

What is expected

• Driver with full UK driving licence, hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and two years working experience in a residential setting.
• 4 bedded home with large rooms and facilities.
• The home is a Victorian style house, beautiful features large garden.

• Fully Funded Diplomas (Levels 3-5) and clear pathways for promotion.
