Senior Support Worker

Support Worker focuses on support to individuals at our blackpool service.

What the role involves

• Support to individuals at our Blackpool service.
• Help lead a team of staff.
• Providing respectful personal care, emotional and practical support to service users.
• Implementing Creative Support principles, policies, procedures and guidelines and ensuring that the service fulfils CQC requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential for this Senior Support Worker role.
• A clean valid driving licence and access to a car is desirable for this role but not essential.
• We can only accept applications from candidates who are located in and eligible to work within the UK.

Confirmed role details

• Of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
