Senior Support Worker

What the role involves

- Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.
- To support across the home, working with the Registered Manager to provide the best possible care for our young people.
- As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care’s philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.
- Working a shift pattern of 1 on 2 off. (8:00am - 23:00) - 10 shifts per month with alternating sleeps (+£.
- Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.

- Fully funded DBS.
