Senior Support Worker

Support Worker focuses on with aspris, you will feel a sense of fulfilment knowing you have contributed to support our young people who may display disruptive behaviours, emotional and social difficulties.

What the role involves

• With Aspris, you will feel a sense of fulfilment knowing you have contributed to support our young people who may display disruptive behaviours, emotional and social difficulties.
• Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.
• To support across the home, working with the Registered Manager to provide the best possible care for our young people.
• As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care’s philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.
• Working a shift pattern of 1 on 2 off. (8:00am - 23:00) - 10 shifts per month with alternating sleeps (+£.
• Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.

Skills and requirements

• Fully funded DBS.
