• Our client, a rapidly expanding children's services provider, is seeking dedicated Senior Support Workers for their new, state-of-the-art home in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
• As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the welfare.
• Ensure all tasks and activities are completed effectively.

Confirmed role details

• Competitive salary of £30,056 per annum, plus £70 per sleep-in allowance.
• 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern.
• Conduct shift health and safety checks.

Candidate fit

• The ideal candidate for the Senior Support Worker role will have.
• Experience as a strong Support Worker, preferably in a senior position.
• Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce.
