Senior Support Worker (Poplars)
Support Worker focuses on promote the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of children and young people.
What the role involves
- Promote the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of children and young people.
- Act as a role model and mentor to support staff.
- Supporting with care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
- Build positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies.
- Assisting in managing shifts and leading practice on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and reports.
