Senior Support Worker (Poplars)

Support Worker focuses on promote the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of children and young people.

What the role involves

• Promote the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of children and young people.
• Act as a role model and mentor to support staff.
• Supporting with care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Build positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies.
• Assisting in managing shifts and leading practice on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and reports.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
